  • Passion flower (Passiflora incarnata) has active ingredients that include flavonoids, cyanogenic glycosides, alkaloids and saparin. How do I administer MindSoothe?

Liquid Form

Mix drops in 1/4 cup of water and sip slowly or put drops directly into the mouth.

Adults: Take 1 mL 3 times daily for 4-6 weeks. After 4-6 weeks, reduce dosage to 1 mL 2 times daily.

Children 16-18: Take 1 mL 3 times daily for 4-6 weeks. After 4-6 weeks, reduce dosage to 0.5 mL in the morning and 1 mL at night.

Children 12-15: Take 0.5 mL 3 times daily for 4-6 weeks. After 4-6 weeks, reduce dosage to 0.5 mL in the morning and 0.5 mL at night.

Capsule Form


Swallow capsules whole with a small amount of water or juice.


Adults: Take 2 capsules 3 times daily for 4-6 weeks. After 4-6 weeks, reduce dosage to 2 capsules 2 times daily.


Children 16-18: Take 2 capsules 3 times daily for 4-6 weeks. After 4-6 weeks, reduce dosage to 1 capsule in the morning and 2 capsules at night.
