Restless legs

Restless Leg Syndrome is a fairly common condition that can affect quality of sleep. It is characterized by an almost irresistible urge to move the legs when sitting or lying for long periods of time due to an uncomfortable “crawling” sensation when legs are at rest, such as overnight or while traveling. Legs may twitch and jerk and even wake sleeping partners during the night

What is Twitch-Less?™

Twitch-Less is a homeopathic remedy that has been especially formulated to calm common restless legs, including twitching and jerking legs, especially at night or during long periods of inactivity. As a homeopathic remedy, Twitch-Less works directly on the underlying cause, helping the body to restore balance. With Twitch-Less, you can finally experience a calm and peaceful night’s sleep.

The Natural Way

A holistic approach to health always offers the best chance of long-term success. Here are some holistic health tips to follow:

  • A healthy lifestyle, balanced diet and regular exercise can go a long way to raising overall health levels and improving circulation—often a factor in restless legs.

  • Make sure you have sufficient magnesium and iron, and supplement if necessary.

  • If you are overweight, try and lose weight by eating healthy and exercising daily. Restless legs are more common in overweight people.

  • Herbal supplements can also help to support healthy veins, circulation and comfort in the legs. Try LegCalm by Native Remedies, along with Twitch-Less.

How long until I see results?

Homeopathic remedies strive to create holistic balance in the body to support systemic health. The natural ingredients in our remedies support overall health and functioning.

People can differ widely in their response times to natural remedies depending on individual makeup, lifestyle and diet. Some may experience a general feeling of wellness within days, while for others it may take longer before an effect is felt.
